Jim Rocheford is the CEO and Founder of Tech Global, Inc. Drawing on his extensive background in automotive electronics, James brings deep expertise in quality assurance, supply chain management, and delivering robust, dependable products that meet stringent performance standards. Under his leadership, Tech Global has earned recognition for producing some of the most reliable commercial touch screens available.

James holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Winona State University. As the visionary leader of the company, he continues to drive its strategic direction, focusing on innovation, customer trust, and excellence in touchscreen and display technology to revolutionize how mission-critical systems interact with users. His extensive experience in sales provides the backbone of the service and support Tech Global's customers have come to expect. It is with this expertise that provides Tech Global with such a high level of customer retention.

Derek DePaul is a seasoned engineering executive with a strong technical foundation and a proven track record of progressive leadership in the technology and manufacturing sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northern Illinois University, where he built a solid grounding in engineering principles, problem-solving, and technical innovation.

Derek began his professional journey with Tech Global in 2012 as an engineering intern. Over the ensuing years, he advanced through a series of increasingly responsible roles, including positions in engineering leadership, such as Director of Engineering, before rising to President. This long-term progression has given him deep, hands-on insight into every facet of technical operations, product development, and organizational growth.

David Lahl oversees all aspects of the firm's financial strategy, planning, and reporting. With more than 35 years of experience in corporate finance, Lahl is instrumental in driving profitability, managing risk, and ensuring sustainable growth for the organization.

Prior to joining Tech Global, Lahl held leadership positions at several corporate banks in the Chicagoland market. Lahl was also a long-time active member of the board of directors for Small Business Growth Corp., a non-profit Certified Development Company. In 2016, he founded Level One Advisory Group, a business consulting firm providing financial guidance and strategic support to business owners across the United States.

Lexie Navarro serves as the Controller at Tech Global, where she oversees the company's comprehensive accounting operations. Her key responsibilities encompass the preparation of accurate financial statements, management of general ledger activities, leadership of accounts receivable functions, cost accounting oversight, strict adherence to regulatory compliance requirements, and provision of strategic financial insights to support organizational growth and long-term stability.

A graduate of Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, Illinois, Lexie holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, which provided her with a robust foundation in leadership, operational excellence, and core financial principles.

Danny serves as the Director of Engineering and Operations at Tech Global, where he leads the engineering and operational functions critical to the company's success in delivering high-quality display and touch screen solutions.

Danny joined Tech Global in 2016 as a Design Engineer and has since advanced through progressively responsible roles, contributing his expertise to product design, development, and operational excellence.
